Samsung Galaxy Unpacked is set for July 9, and alongside the Galaxy Z Fold 7, the Galaxy Z Flip 7 will also debut—complete with a fresh lineup of first-party accessories. We’ve already revealed the Flip 7’s design, and now we have an exclusive look at its official cases.
Samsung Galaxy Unpacked is scheduled to take place on July 9, and while a lot of the attention has been on the Galaxy Z Fold 7, Samsung also has the Galaxy Z Flip 7 launching at this event. We’ve already shared renders of the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7, and now we have some official first-party cases for the device.
These include the Clear Case, Kindsuit case, Silicone Ring Case, and the anti-reflecting screen protector.
The clear case is exactly what you’d expect. It’s simply a clear case that covers the bottom and top of the phone. With a higher lip around the top of the phone to protect those cameras. It does have a cutout for the power button since that is the fingerprint sensor, but the volume rocker has a button. It also continues to have the ring in the middle, and last year, this case was priced at $39.99.
There’s also a separate, clear case that Samsung will offer, which has the MagSafe magnets built in. This pretty much confirms that Samsung won’t have magnets built into the Galaxy Z Flip 7 and likely the Fold 7 as well.Previous
Samsung’s Kind Suit case returns
The Samsung Kind Suit case is a very popular case for the company, and it returns for the Galaxy Z Flip 7. It’ll be available in a slew of colors, as well. Because, for some reason, the Flip gets all the cool colors while the Fold gets the boring ones.
The Kind Suit case is a faux leather case, that looks really great. And it looks like we have black, taupe, and camel. This case was pretty pricey last year, coming in at $99.Previous
Then there’s the Silicon Ring Case. This is a lot like the clear case, but in a silicon finish with the ring in the center. This makes it easier to carry, especially for those who don’t have pockets.
The Silicon Ring case will also be available in multiple colors, including black, blue, coral red, and mint. Last year, this case was $39.99, making it one of the cheaper first-party cases.
And finally, we have the anti-reflective film, which is a screen protector for the front display of the Galaxy Z Flip 7, and it’ll basically give you Gorilla Glass Armor 2 on the front of the Flip 7.Previous
